Position Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will represent and promote Luma’s brand by focusing on building a strong pipeline, establishing new client relationships, and exceeding growth targets. You will be at the forefront of promoting a culture of success within your territory. This role will report to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent and promote Lumaby driving sales growth and exceeding performance targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the Carrier, Shipper, and Broker market segments.
- Provide creative and tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of the market.
- Engage in active prospecting, including outreach via LinkedIn and other platforms, event participation, and additional lead generation tactics to continuously grow your pipeline.
- Deliver effective and engaging presentations to clients, showcasing the value of Luma’s Learning Platform.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success post-sale.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Actively contribute to sales forecasting, reporting, and meeting departmental goals.
- Demonstrate Luma’s core values and culture in all interactions, building trust and delivering on commitments.
Key Requirements & Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in the transportation industry with a focus on Carriers (Fleets).
- Solid understanding of the safety and compliance space.
- Experience in clearly assessing client needs and customer requirements.
- Experience with different types of business stakeholders.
- The ability to keep pushing through difficulties while always staying motivated.
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Travel up to 20%
